Delivery： This is the worst shipping experience I’ve had on Alibaba. After my supplier handed over the parcel (artificial necklaces, actual weight: 18.75kg), this forwarder took 25-30 days to reply. No one from their team responded properly. They received the parcel and then suddenly increased the shipping cost from the initially agreed $8.5/kg + $0.7/kg indemnity (Air DDP to door) to $319, claiming the weight as 25kg, which is absolutely false. This is a clear case of fraud, delay, and manipulation. They tried to fool me by lying about the weight and cost after receiving the shipment. On top of that, I received the package in a torn and damaged condition. Their replies were unprofessional, careless, and felt like they don’t care about customers at all. Service： I request Alibaba to take strict action against this forwarder and BAN their services so no other buyer faces the same frustration and financial loss.
